Where did you purchase?
All purchases and subscriptions for the NSPIRE Training App are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not bill you directly and we cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refunds, cancellations, renewals, proration, and payment issues are governed by the policies of the store you used.
Apple App Store (iOS)
Manage/Cancel: On your iPhone/iPad go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select NSPIRE Training App, then tap Cancel or Turn Off Auto-Renew.
Request a refund: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, select the purchase, and choose Request a refund.
Renewals & access: If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Apple controls renewal timing, receipts, and any partial refunds where applicable.
Billing support: Apple Support handles all billing inquiries for iOS purchases.
Google Play (Android)
Manage/Cancel: Open the Google Play app → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select NSPIRE Training App, then
Cancel or Turn off auto-renew.
Request a refund: Use Google Play’s refund process via the Play app or help center. Eligibility varies by region and timing.
Renewals & access: If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Google controls renewal timing, receipts, and any partial refunds where applicable.
Billing support: Google Play Support handles all billing inquiries for Android purchases.
Free trials (if offered)
If a free trial is available, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. The app store will display the trial length and the date your first charge occurs.
What we can and can’t do
We can help with technical issues, account access, and general questions.
We can’t modify charges, issue refunds, change renewal dates, or cancel subscriptions on your behalf—those actions must be done through your app store account.
Unauthorized charges or disputes
If you see a charge you don’t recognize, please contact Apple or Google Play directly using the store account that was charged. They can investigate and resolve billing disputes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page to reflect changes to Apple/Google policies or our product. The “Last updated” date will always show the latest revision.
