* First enter the Total Units for the property in question.
* This will give you the expected sample size for your property and populate all deficiencies in the app for the exact point loss for that recorded deficiency during an NSPIRE Inspection.
* Next, enter your search query by Voice or Text into the search window or Scroll the entire list of 63 NSPIRE Standards.
* Select your NSPIRE Standard to be taken to the Deficiency Criteria Screen for your selected Standard.
* On the Deficiency View Page you'll find the assigned HUD NSPIRE Definition for the Standard you selected.
* Then you will read the complete easy to understand explanation for each deficiency criteria along with the Location / Severity / Correction Time and the exact point loss if that deficiency is recorded during your inspection.
* Next, you will notice example images from real inspections that show what the inspector is looking for on your property.
* Next, you can select any of the example images under the deficiency to enlarge it for easy viewing on your device.
* To exit out of the enlarged example image, just click on the X in the top right hand corner.
